Eligibility: This referral promotion is open to individuals aged 18 or older who are legal residents of the United States. Referrers must not be licensed real estate professionals or employees of Listing Pad, LLC.
Reward Details: Referrers will receive a $200 Amazon Gift Card for each qualifying referral. A referral qualifies when the referred client (“referee”) completes the purchase or sale of a home with the assistance of Listing Pad LLC
and the transaction successfully closes.
Limitations: Only one gift card will be issued per closed transaction, regardless of how many individuals refer the same client. The reward will be issued to the first referring party recorded by Listing Pad, LLC.
Referrals must be new clients who have not previously contacted, engaged with, or been represented by Listing Pad, LLC. Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other rewards.
Reward Distribution: Gift cards will be delivered within 30 days of the transaction closing via email or mail to the referring party. Listing Pad, LLC is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected delivery.
Program Changes: Listing Pad LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate this referral promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect qualified referrals made before the effective date of modification.
